1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering for, or using the StockGrid mobile application, database sync engine, or associated services provided by SRC93-tech ("StockGrid", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are creating an account on behalf of a business firm, manufacturing unit, textile wholesale operation, or retail establishment ("Firm"), you represent and warrant that you possess full authority to bind that business entity to these Terms.

2 Firm Accounts & Master PIN Security

Each registered firm is assigned an isolated database tenant. The primary administrator is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and the firm's 4-digit Master PIN.

3 Multi-Device Operational License

StockGrid grants your firm a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to deploy and operate the StockGrid Android application across authorized employee smartphones, barcode scanners, and warehouse stations.

• You may authorize staff members to perform continuous barcode scanning and stock entries.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application binary or backend APIs.
• You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized commercial activities.

4 100% Data Ownership & Tenant Privacy

Your firm retains 100% unconditional ownership and intellectual property rights to all your inventory records, articles, size matrices, pricing, customer catalogs, and product photos.

5 Cloud Synchronization, Service Availability & Backups

StockGrid operates as a real-time, cloud-synchronized inventory platform powered by Supabase PostgreSQL. Recording stock movements, cataloging articles, and synchronizing devices requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular).

• Network Transparency: The application includes live connection status verification and immediate error alerts if a network disruption occurs during data entry.
• Google Drive Disaster Recovery: Administrators can initiate on-demand or automated encrypted backup exports of their firm's full inventory catalog directly to their own authorized Google Drive account.
• Service Uptime: We strive to maintain high service availability and reliable cloud infrastructure across all active regions.

6 Account Deletion & Data Portability

You may terminate your account or request the export or permanent deletion of your firm's inventory data at any time. Upon verified deletion requests, all tenant database records and uploaded media are permanently expunged in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7 Limitation of Liability

StockGrid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we utilize enterprise-grade encryption, transactional database integrity, and automated cloud backups, StockGrid shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local network connectivity outages, operator data entry errors, or hardware failure.

8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to your use of the StockGrid platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
